Hi,
Cuba does have issues with importing goods, especially from the US, therefore would suggest that you take one with you. From time to time Cuba experiences problems with obtaining day to day goods, and as your item is specific, would not want you to risk not being able to take some fab underwater piccies.
Have a great time – have been to both Cayo Coco & Varadero.

I’ve never seen them in the shops in Cuba if you cannot find a camera or department store store open to day with one possibly the duty free would be your last resort. Good luck.

It is Cuba we are talking about, a country dominated by a comunist regime, it is not the USA or canada
