I don’t have one and have never used one, but that’s a cool idea. I did some checking on the internet and found a site that uses an underwater and above water video where you can watch this person’s fish. It also has a link to contact them for questions about their set-up:
I wouldn’t recommend a general surveillance camera – these wouldn’t be water proof, and would be ruined quickly if they weren’t provided with some type of waterproof housing.
