The far right twisting knob that says, "Min Max" is the control for the lights.

The lights aren't infrared on those models- just red LED's. (I own that same model!)

If the lights fail to work when dialed to "max" purchase an after-market LED submersible light to attach to your camera unit.

Do a search for an "Aqua View Underwater Flood Light" ($19.99)
should have some.

Hope this helps? Good fishing.

From what I understand, the "lights" are infrared. You can not see them, and the fish can not see them either, that is the point of them. If you can go in a dark and turn on the camera, you should be able to see a little bit on the screen. (The reason I say a little bit is beacuase it depends on the size of the room.) You should be fine on the water.

Good Luck
