Their best review was for the Olympus Stylus Tough 8000, but it costs about $400. It may be worth stretching your budget to get this one.
Under $300, check the other Olympus underwater cameras on the Olympus site. Or, the Pentax Optio W60 at about $250 got a good review.

the olympus stylus 550wp is similar to the 8000 tough, but a lot less expensive. with the money you save, you should get the olympus floatation strap as the camera can sink if dropped in the water. the battery is only good for about 50 shots per charge, so you might want to carry a spare. have fun.
